Reporting a problem?
Please include your iPad model, iPadOS version, the app version, and the steps that lead to the problem.
Please don't attach client drawings. A screenshot with confidential details cropped out is plenty.
Common questions
Where are my plans and markups stored?
On your iPad, inside the app. They aren't uploaded to Trestleworks. Deleting the app deletes its data, so export anything you want to keep first.
How do I get a PDF into PlanTakeoff?
Open the app and choose a file, or use Open in PlanTakeoff from the Files app, Mail, or any app's share sheet.
How do I get my results out?
Use the export menu to save a marked-up PDF, a CSV of quantities, or a DXF to Files, or to share it with another app.
