This policy covers the PlanTakeoff app (the "App") and this website, both from Trestleworks LLC ("we"). In short: your files stay on your iPad, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything about you.

Your files stay on your device

The PDFs you open, the markups you make and anything you handwrite are stored only on your iPad. They aren't uploaded to us or anyone else. They leave the device only when you export or share them yourself. If you delete the App, its data is deleted too, and we have no copy.

Handwriting recognition

Handwriting is recognized on the iPad using Google's ML Kit. Your writing isn't sent to us or to Google. On first use the App downloads a language model from Google, and the ML Kit software may send Google basic technical data such as download status and performance metrics, but never your content. App delivery

Parts of the App are delivered and updated over the internet through Cloudflare, which handles standard technical data such as your IP address to serve those files. We don't use it to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

No ads, analytics or tracking

The App and this website have no advertising, analytics, tracking or cookies.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. Ask us any time to delete that correspondence.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.
